INT CH/VC Grouse Point's Blitz

Blitz is a pup from Klaus and Gretel, whelped in 2003. He was retrieving tennis balls at 4 weeks of age, and Howie had his training fairly advanced by 6 months old. His backing is maybe the most impressive thing about his field work. I've seen him back staunchly at 50+ yards, and he is just as intense on his back as he is on point. Blitz has earned his AKC Master Hunter title, international champion title, NAVHDA Natural Ability Prize II, and NAVHDA Utility prize I. He is qualified to run in the 2007 NAVHDA Invitational. I have had the chance to train with Howie and blitz and have Klaus braced with them in the field, Blitz is an outstanding dog that will do well in any venue that Howie chooses to run.

Blitz is owned by Howie hill of Hibbing, MN. You can reach Howie by calling 218-208-8243.

Cody whelped 08/30/2011 owned by Darryl and Kathy Solem Natural Ability Prize II 108 points on 06/15/2012 at 9.5 months Weight: 72 lbs Height: 25 in Hips: OFA Good Bite: Normal Coat: Dense Medium Harsh Black Roan IABCA International Show Champion on 05/05/2013 at 1 year 8 months
We were looking for a great hunting dog and family companion that would take to the grouse woods and pheasant fields. What we got from Carey McMillan with Cody is a real gamer for all that and more including abundant character. Cody has an intense drive and desire for the woods, water and fields. From the day we brought Cody home he has been a natural retriever carrying anything he can put in his mouth. We live on a lake and he took to the water immediately. He has real steadiness in the field, is a natural backer and great with his water work. Cody loves to hunt and train and is very cooperative wanting to learn and be challenged. He is a great house dog and fun addition to our family.
