Over the weekend of June 12-14 2009 the St. Croix chapter of NAVHDA held thier spring hunting test. The test was a great success with over 40 dogs tested over the weekend. Wuff (Herbst Briese Adelwolf) earned a NAVHDA UTILITY PRIZE I, requalifying for the 2010 NAVHDA INVITATIONAL. He scored 198 out of a possible 204 points. He qualified last year and will be going to the 2009 Invitational in Ohio in mid September. In addition to his test 4 of his pups tested, all earning prizes. Grouse Point's Royal Wulff, 112 pts. and Prize I; Grouse Point's Dutch Hunter, 106 pts. and Prize II; Grouse Point's Ruby Tuesday, 104 pts. and Prize III; and Feldjaeger's Sophia, 110 pts. and Prize I. Congratulations and thank you to all the pups and thier owners for taking the time and effort to have your pups evaluated in the NAVHDA testing system. This is one of the ways that we evaluate our breeding program to insure that we are producing the kind of pups that will make thier owners proud.
